      How to use it :

      The snare trap is the most versatile, smallest and least expensive of all fox traps. Of course, it does not kill, each fox snare has a stopper to prevent the fox from injuring itself and strangling itself with it. It is an approved trap, and you need to be an approved trapper to use it.

      However, the snare trap must be at least 18 cm from the ground and no higher than 22 cm.

      If the dimensions do not suit you, the fox snare is available in blackened or not, in 2mm and 2.25mm diameter, individually or in packs of 30 (PROMOTION).

      Laying techniques :

      You can place your fox trap in various situations:

      • In casting, it is one of the most used means;
      • In crops or in the woods;
      • In a fox's den;
      • In the furrow of a plough, in the plain or in a straw bale.

      It is advisable to use a chain kit for the installation of your fox trap. This allows you to follow the movement of the animal once captured, thus avoiding the twisting of the snare.

      For optimal use, it is advisable to renew the snare trap after each capture.

      Don't forget to wear gloves when setting and changing the trap:

      During the installation, to avoid leaving odours on the fox snare, which could make the animal flee, which is very cunning;

      When taking over, because the fox is a carrier of diseases transmissible to humans.
