Beginner or experienced trapper, the 3 module fox trap is durable and effective for fox trapping. Stray dogs as well as weasels can also be captured with this trap.

This cage, built with galvanized locksmith wire mesh, allows it to be durable and weather resistant. It has 3 modules, including one for the caller, so you can trap up to two animals with this fox trap.

If the fox is classified as a nuisance in certain departments, it is due to its predatory nature and the diseases it can transmit. When hunters release farmed game, the fox is eager to stalk and kill them. 

In addition, the disease it can spread, alveolar echinococcosis, is transmitted to humans. Regulation of the fox population is therefore necessary to ensure public safety, and our fox trap is ideal to guarantee this.

Laying techniques :

You can place your fox trap in a passage regularly frequented by the animal, such as along your henhouse, aviary or enclosure. Then place a decoy in the module provided for this purpose, the animal will then trigger the trap by trying to grab it.

The sliding door will close behind him, he will then be trapped in the cage.

The fox trap is ideal to protect poultry, chickens, ducks, pheasants, partridges and aviary birds.

If you use a decoy for your fox trap, it must not be in contact with the predator. It must be protected from rain and sunlight, and must be fed regularly (also remember to give it something to drink).

The fox :

It is a canine which has the general appearance of a rather slender and small dog. It has large, pointed and erect ears. Its coat is reddish brown. Its length can vary from 50 to 90 centimeters (without the tail), with a weight that can vary from 4 to 10kg. The fox generally causes damage to poultry houses as well as small game (rabbits, birds ...). The fox is an animal that knows how to adapt, easy preys are its favorites. Thanks to our fox trap with decoy, it will be all the more easy to capture it.
